As the 2007 Worlds comes to a close tomorrow we can all be very proud of every kiwi who took the stage this week. Tomorrow the Rodney Walshe Scholarship Winner for 2006 Ellin Hay takes the stage along with Aislin Ryan. I am no longer in Glasgow - now in Buckinghamshire visiting family so I too will be checking the offical site for both Ellin and Aislin's results. The whole week has been amazing with the one of the highlights being the open composed sections. Every solo section has been a joy to watch, especially the set dances in Hall B. Great merchandise this year and great food in the cafe's where you can catch up with fellow teachers, dancers and relatives from around the world. The weather has been outstanding - had no need to pack gloves or scarf's at all. Thank you Glasgow for putting on a great event - see you next year in Belfast!
